Buyer underpaid postage

Hi, my buyer underpaid the postage this morning.  EBay and buyer selected the large envelope format but got it wrong. I didn't have the option of selecting the postage. This was a medal which is not Simple Delivery.  I was offered a label but have no printer. Ebay should give me the option of reverting back to the old system for non simple delivery sales...regards

Re: Buyer underpaid postage

Buyers can't underpay postage - sellers select the postage when setting up their listing.

If it's the Manila medal it has this postage set:

£1.55 Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If it wasn't a Simple Delivery label then use the £1.55 you've received to put towards the correct label (you might want to buy one at the Post Office if you're using Royal Mail) and then add the tracking details to the order.

They will. I only offer one postage method on my listings and it says that the buyer selected it.
