Buyer threatening,saying I did not pay postage

Good morning,

I sold an item.I sent wit Ebay Evri delivery.Now the buyer asking from me £5 for posage,because she doesn't get the parce,because I did not paid the postage.She said she paid the £5 and she will receive the parcel on Wednesday.I sent via Evri,and she show me Royal Mail notification. I checking the tracking number,Evri tried to deliver the parcel yesterday evening,I can see the proof picture.

She is saying give me a bad review and report me to Ebay.

She doesn't get it my parcel with Evri,or she doesn't want to.

Any suggestions very welcome.

Send her a polite message asking if by chance she has mixed you up with another seller.  Ask what is the item she purchased from you.

Inform her that Evri not RM tried tried to deliver the item and failed, so they may re deliver or she will need to collect from their sorting office?

If she opens a case for item not received attempted delivery counts for delivery,  and you will not need to refund.

When she pays and receives her parcel, ask her to send a photo of the address on the parcel, there should be an excess postage stamp to pay too, from there you will see if it's your parcel, then to pay the excess they've been charged.

Hi,
Thank you.I tried to tell her,my parcel comes with Evri.I asked her If is
any chance she bought something else from somewhere?At 8pm Evri tried to
deliver a parcel,I got a proof picture about that one also.I sent a proof
about the Evri posting label as well.She sending me Royal Mail
notifications.
