Im sold an item over 2 weeks ago now. Buyer wants to return even tho it was a brand new Strimmer Stihl engine KM111 saying engine don't sound right. I have sent a returns label for collection which I arranged with him but failed to be home at time of collection. Now my funds are on hold and it feels like I am being given the run around by buyer. Can anyone help or any ideas what I can do.
