Buyer’s offer timed-out by mistake. How can I contact them?

Recently a buyer sent me an offer which I accepted. I haven’t listed on ebay for some time and some things have changed, and I couldn’t find the page which confirmed the buyer’s payment. So, unfortunately the offer timed-out. 

I now know where to find so I’d like to contact the buyer in order to apologise and ask if they would like to make the offer again.

So, I want to know how I can contact the buyer.

The buyer will contact you if they want to repeat the eligible offer.

I think it’s unlikely that they would make the offer again, because it
looks like I have just ignored them, when actually I had accepted their
offer.
