Hi I sold an item internationally using global shipping. I am not vat registered. The buyer is requesting purchase invoice for the full amount they have paid. I don’t know how to generate such an invoice? In addition they have opened a dispute saying item not received even clearly shows it has been received.
what do I do and how do I get this invoice?

Send them a polite message that you are a Private seller , you're not VAT registered , so it's not possible to send a VAT receipt.
Do you have tracking to show delivery? Enter the number into the case details, and it will close it in your favour, no need to refund.

unfortunately 'private' seller could be challenged by the listings of stocks of brand new items and the number of cars being broken.

Yes I have added pictures on the dispute for the tracking information provided by eBay. I will block him from further purchases also as he is very rude in the interactions.
