Buyer requesting Shipping to a country I have excluded from shipping

Hi

A bidder has won an auction for an item and awaiting payment.

When I click on send a reminder invoice I get the message below.

(The buyer is requesting that you ship to a country that you have excluded.)

That is all that comes up, nothing from buyer or in messages.

What are my options, he is in Singapore.

If you use eBay's global shipping process that country may be excluded from that.   You can either cancel altogether and leave it at that.   Or you could cancel and relist for them to buy again but this time you put direct postage on your listing.   Let them know you're doing that.

You can issue a cancellation via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page.  Use the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address".    If you don't want to sell to them again put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

Tick "Update block settings for active listings" and then save.
