Buyer after purchase requested to change his name on postage label , I'm ok to do so , but amount of sale is large , as worried if something goes wrong I won't be covered as it will be incorrect name?
A name change shouldn't affect your seller protection but, as it's a gold bar I would politely advise the buyer that you're unable to do this, but can cancel the order and then they can re-purchase it correctly.
