My buyer requested a refund based on item not as described. This simply was not true. However, following advice from eBay community, I have agreed a refund as it seems that eBay always supports buyers ( this buyer initially told me the item had not arrived but I had proof of delivery). I have for the first time, purchased a returns label from eBay. Will that automatically get sent to the buyer? I can see no way to print it/download it, so assume that is the case.
