Buyer requested refund for iPhone that has nothing wrong with it

I sold my iPhone 14 Pro Max , I described it as in excellent condition and unlocked which it is , not a mark on it , but the buyer has come back to me saying the battery health is 82% and wants refund , I have quoted to the buyer my advert was 100% correct and he should have asked me the percentage as did other buyers , I have sent the buyer a screenshot from spoke which clearly states a battery over 80% is healthy , but buyer saying it’s not going to last long , it’s a 3 year old iPhone

If the buyer opens a case for item not as described you have just two choices.

1. Refund without return.

2. Issue a pre paid return label and refund on return.

You should have mentioned the battery life in the description.
