Buyer received package but eBay not aware

Buyer has received package and left feedback but it's not updating in seller page. Still says 'Not delivered'. Sent via Evri. Funds on hold. Cannot contact customer support. What do I do? I have proof of postage.

When tracking does not update payments are held for 14 days.

I couldn't use shipping via eBay because the address fields were incomplete. I had to use Evri outside of eBay and could not add tracking info anywhere in eBay and I looked well for it

When did the item sell?
If the tracking doesn't show delivery (which it won't be cause you couldn't add the tracking on Ebay), you get paid 14 days after the transaction, so on day 15.

If you look at the item in your 'sold' items/orders, it will tell you when your payment will be released.  If it is the item you sold on 11th June, you should get paid on 26th June.
