Buyer not responding to request for collection code

I have recently sold some chairs to a buyer who is sending a courier. Despite numerous messages, she is not responding to my request for a collection code. Will I still receive funds if it is not marked as collected?  I could refuse to give the chairs to the courier, but I'm not in the business of wasting people's time.

Without the code you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released but you will get it in the end.

That's good to know. Maybe this information should be included in the help
section of eBay. I've trawled through every subject on the matter, and
there's not much help for those of us that sell as collect only.
