My buyer has requested Royal Mail do not deliver her parcel.

It has not been returned to me and I have not been paid.

£25.00 item.

What is the status of this transaction?  Has the buyer bought and paid for this item, and have you posted it?

If so, and you posted to the name and address eBay provided on the delivery details of the order,  once tracking shows delivery then 2 days after that delivery date your payout will be released.

I'm not clear what this means. Has she refused to accept delivery, in which case you are not required to refund her?

Also, what do you mean by " I have not been paid"? Surely you didn't deliver it before the buyer paid?

I'm afraid it's impossible to help with out  a clearer explanation of what has happened.
