Buyer has not received item I sent

Hi, I’m not sure what to do but my buyer wants me to sort this out! 
the delivery date was supposed to be e last Wednesday. The tracking is saying it’s still in the Evri sorting hub. 
is there anything I can do? Contacting anyone seems impossible but the buyer is getting impatient! 
the buyer chose evri and I just bought and printed via eBay

Ask your buyer to open a case for item not received.

This sounds like a Simple Delivery transaction whereby eBay step in when the case is opened, and refund the buyer.

You keep the payment.

Hi Thank you very much. I will ask her to do that if its not received today or tomorrow.
