Buyer has no way to download VAT invoice from their order history??

Hi I've had a medium term issue in that ebayers are not able to download a VAT invoice from their order.

You can download an order confirmation not a VAT invoice. Our fulilment center is green minded and don't put in paper invoices with an order.

So then it's a fairly labourious task of downloading the VAT invoice from my the seller side, creating a jpg and (I can't attach pdf to messages) and sending back to customer.

Have I missed something? I have looked at my purchase history to see if I can download VAT invoices and I can't find it myself so if it exists I feel it should be made clearer - if it doesn't then that's pretty crazy ebay doesn't allow this feature.

eBay have recently introduced the feature for downloadable Vat Invoices. It is currently in a trial period which you can sign up to. Please see the details on it here which include the email address to contact for this feature.
