I sold a dress printed a Evri label and sent the item. (My advert showed Evri only)
Item is now being returned to me as the address on label was for a Spar Shop, apparently they do not accept Evri collections
Buyer has now asked that I refund or send via Royal Mail.
my question is who is responsible for the postage? If I was to refund ? Would I deduct the postage amount from the refund ? The buyer gave a wrong address in my opinion

Cancel the order first citing Problem with Buyer's Address, this refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected. Then, relist the item.
Inform your buyer that they need to check the delivery address on checkout is correct, before paying is correct, and not to select Click & Collect. Delivery address is found on the left hand side of eBay checkout and can be amended if incorrect.

The item is currently within the Evri network and I have paid for the postage already. If I cancel the order do I have to stand to the shipping fee?
