Buyer didn’t receive item as out so courier left it

The buyer of my item gave a commercial property address so it was sent there. They weren't at the property (their work?) when it was delivered and they said they didn't receive it.  (It was delivered on a Saturday afternoon.)

Surely this isn't my fault!

If you sent to the address provided by ebay with the payment details, then if tbracking shows as delivered then you need do nothing. Any not received case opened should close automatically

If however you sent to an address provided by the buyer, then you would  end up having to refund.
