Buyer denying receipt of sent item

Hi, I recently posted an order to a buyer using his preferred delivery option and paying the cost just to satisfy the buyer who preferred royal mail to Evri. The parcel was tracked abd got delivered with picture proof. But buyer is claiming parcel was not received and only left in front of his flat. He has been sending me series of messages and Ebay isn't helping. Im a bit confused as to what to do. He has been threatening to give a bad review. Can anyone help me please?

Did you change the tracking number on ebay?   Otherwise it won't show delivered and ebay will refund the buyer.     You do  that via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.    Has to be done on a desktop browser.    If you manage to do that ebay should go by the tracking and the buyer will not be refunded.

I tried your suggestion but eBay is not allowing me to add the tracking number.  The message coming up says "its not you its us" Our server is down and we’ll have things back to normal soon. If you still need help, visit our help pages and requesting me to visit the home page. How else do you think I can resolve this please? Does eBay have a contact number? I have emailed but with no response.

Also the buyer saying they will give you a bad review if you don't sort is feedback extortion which is not allowed. If you still have those messages in your inbox point them out to CS.
