Buyer collected in person rather than post - how do I get paid?

Buyer selected postage when buying but then was close by so came and collected. He has left feedback saying he’s happy but neither he or I have an option to mark saying he has the item so the funds aren’t on hold - I just have an option to arrange postage!

how do I solve this now the buyer has the item?

Nothing you can do now but wait for eBay to release payment probably in around 14 days, may be longer if you are subject to any payment holds.

Normally you would cancel the original sale and relist as collection so buyer gets collection code to give you to release payment.
