Hi, I sold an item on eBay, pack of 5 M&S shirts, after 1 month, may be close to 30 days, buyer raised return request saying the shirts are different size,
I did not accept return request as the item was posted in original M&S branded packing I bought from store.
When ebay stepped in they accepted buyers return request and I was charged much higher postage cost for return plus when I recieved the item back, I received only 3 shirts out of 5.
Buyer clearly cheated me as seller.
Ebay return request is already closed, buyer kept 2 shirts and whole set messed I can't do anything with it and was also charged higher return postage cost. I think I will avoid selling on ebay, ebay is a buyers platform where buyers are cheating sellers.
Is there any way to send ebay formal complaint by email?
