Have got buyer case that item has not been received but tracking shows which are updated it's been delivered so what's the best approach bcz if I'll not refund buyer can do a negative feedback which will harm the account reach

Is the tracking showing delivery recorded in the case?  If it is you will win and won't have to refund.
