Buyer cancelled refund request

Hi just after a bit of advice a buyer asked me to return some items that I sold as seen then he got them working so he is now keeping them and does not want or need the refund what can I do to stop eBayer stepping in and refunding him and charging me the refund. Thanks

Ask the buyer to close the return at their end.
