I have sold an item which is going to America. The buyer has now bought another item but the address was different, in france , and with a different name. She has asked me to cancel the second purchase as it has the wrong address and has said she will repurchase with her correct address. She now wants to combine the postage as well which I am not going to do. My understanding of combined postage is that they would have to be purchased all at once. Bearing in mind one item is £500 I’m getting nervous. This has given me a sense that something is possibly not right. How would I be covered , if at all, just so long as I send to the address when purchased. Thanks
