Need Advice: Buyer Wants to Change Address After Label Printed
Hi everyone,
I’ve just had a buyer message me asking to change their delivery address after the postage label has already been printed (based on the original address provided via eBay). The new address is different from the one on the order.
From what I understand, we’re supposed to ship only to the address provided at checkout to remain protected by eBay’s seller protection policy. Has anyone dealt with this before? Should I cancel the order and ask them to repurchase with the correct address? Or is there another way to handle this?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
