I won an item at a low price but the seller says item damaged or out of stock. At the same time seller has put item back on ebay at higher price. No reply when reported to ebay.
This is very bad selling and there are penalties for the seller.
You don't need to report, it's already been reported and the seller has received a damaging defect on their account for cancelling the sale citing out of stock.
