Has anyone else received a complaint re vinyl records from a buyer based in the Oldham area who purchased a record from me & then contacted me to say the record was in terrible condition & the worst he had ever come across in all the time he had being buying records. It was described as very good condition in accordance with "Record Collector" definitions but he claimed was Fair at the very best, which is the lowest rating definition available & is described as being very badly worn & only fit for a stop gap until a better copy could be obtained. Admittedly I had not play tested the record & gone by visual inspection but the condition certainly fell into the "very good" description given by "Record Collector" I purchased the record, along with several others from a stall at a local record fair & inspected them all before buying so would certainly not have bought it if it was in the condition he claimed.
I issued a refund as I did not want the hassle for the price it was sold for, but the interesting thing was that the buyer had a copy for sale himself at the same price as he paid for mine so why would he buy it in the first place?

Best you look at the buyers feedback/profile, as no one here is in a position to comment on other members
Also look to add the buyer to your blocked bidder list so they can't buy/bid from you again https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
