A Community manager has announced this was a known issue, but the tech team have now resolved it.
If the problem persists, she suggest clearing recent cache and cookies.

I know Community Manager kat@ebay was dealing with this issue. I've tagged her to look at your account perhaps can add it to the tech team to look at.
Not sure if Community Managers are on duty at weekends, and you may need to wait until Monday for a reply? 🤔
