Buy it now greyed out

I see I’m not the only person who suddenly and for no reason, cannot purchase anything on eBay????? The buy now option is greyed out and doesn’t respond, any ideas????

A Community manager has announced this was a known issue,  but the tech team have now resolved it.

 

If the problem persists, she suggest clearing recent cache and cookies.

This must be so frustrating for you,.

 

I know Community Manager kat@ebay  was dealing with this issue.  I've tagged her to look at your account perhaps can add it to the tech team to look at.

 

Not sure if Community Managers are on duty at weekends, and  you may need to wait until Monday for a reply? 🤔
