Business seller but cannot remove simple delivery

Ive just had to join as a business seller but simple delivery is the only option , custom postage isn't there for an option , how do I get this reinstated as this is my preferred postage way my choice, ive checked in my account setting as its Staes but all I can do is edit delivery options for simple delivery

If you're only just changed to business it may take a while for the system to update but you can contact ebay and ask them to check it for you.   You can request a callback on here:

This account is not registered as a Business Account, it should be because of the items you are selling but currently it's still showing you are a Private seller.

Maybe it takes a few days to switch over, have you correctly changed to a Business account?  This is the process:

1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
2. Select Personal information. 
3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

As advised, you have not upgraded your account.

You may have taken out a shop subscription but that does not make a private account a business account.
