Broken vax washer

Hi I purchased a vax carpet cleaner on the 29 December 2024 second time using it has started smoking i have contacted vax they have said because ther is no serial number on machine they cannot deal with it and sent me back to Ebay to sort out

Sorry it's too late to do anything via ebay.   They only allow 30 days for claims.   Contact your payment provider and see if they can help.
