Bought Nespresso coffee machine. Hardly used said seller. It was vg condition on arrival. After four uses (2 wks after delivery)  it started making weird noises when off, and started to get hot with burning smell. Seller doesn't accept returns. Anything I a do to get money back.

As you have only had it for two weeks after delivery you're still within the 30 day time limit to use eBay's money back guarantee. eBay is likely to accept a claim for anything breaking down within this period
