Bought off eBay Uk and item delivered to Greece BUT I need to return it?

I bought an electric stapler for doing a small upholstering job. I bought it through EBay Uk and it arrived safely. However it is too heavy;  it is a massive, viscious tool that is simply too big and heavy for me. I am 70 with arthritic hands and it is not at all as described.  My problem is EBay is saying they have “no history” of my order, for this or for the extra staples….so how do I return it?

You need to find the email you got from Ebay when you bought the item.

Your location on this account is shown as Australia so did you open a new account when you moved or did you check out as a guest, without logging into your account?

I have the confirmation email.
Nothing on it to suggest either checked out as a guest OR through my Ozzie account.
If it was as” as a guest” can I still return for a refund and how?

you are in  Australia and you purchased from the UK site, so exactly where does 'Greece' come into it?

Ok.
Ordered from our home in Greece from EBay UK. However I still have my EBay registration in Oz.
Item (and one more to come) ordered from the Uk via Global International so I’m hoping I can still get a refund? I have receipts, order numbers, confirmation email from EBay UK.

Just received the new item.
Have all the paperwork.
Tried using the return section on eBay BUT it says “ no history, no orders” done in last 60 days. All wrong as I obviously did order and receive it.
Don’t know where to go next?

If nothing is showing in your eBay account it does lean to the idea that this was a Guest Purchase, as your eBay account is not used in the process,  nothing would register there.

This account is showing Australia,  this is how to claim in the UK for a Guest Purchase,  hopefully it will give the same direction and steps,  for you to follow.
