Hello how do I contact an agent I put an offer on paintball compressor which seller accepted the money went straight from my account I tried to cancel but seller didn’t except it was local pickup the seller has not provided an address for collection or answered any of my messages I’ve reported to eBay but herd nothing item was bought on 15/1/25

You need to open a claim for item not received to get a refund

Find the item in your purchases and to the right under 'More Actions' select I didn't receive it

This starts the claim,if you get no response on the 4th day after opening you will have the option to escalate to eBay or ask eBay to step in and they will issue the refund

If you have opened a case for item not received and the seller has not refunded then after a specified period of time then option to escalate to ebay will appear.

If you have not opened a case, why not?

Have you opened a NOT RECEIVED CASE? If so you were told to escalate to ebay if no response from seller within 3 days. THAT IS exactly 3 periods of 24 hours.

Once escalated ebay take over, if you do not escalate nothing will happen.

When a refund is made it goes back to source so time taken depends on method of payment. Psypal quick, debit card 7 days, credit card up to 30 days.

Every listing on right side has a link on right side to the 30 day money back guarantee, buyers are expected to read it.
