I bought a VE8th May Commemoration Day Flag.
To find flagged up on my eBay purchase, will NOT delivered to 5th June, a month late.
Surely the seller knows this is wrong.
Can I get a refund.
In the circumstances the seller is selling goods that they know by the date on the flag, this is in fact to late for the commemoration, and deems the item nul and void.

What was the original date for last estimated date for delivery on the listing? One day after that , you can open a case for item not received this way:
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and they may give you many listen to none, and do not forget to escalate.

If ordered you can ask to cancel, otherwise you will have to await delivery and return as NOT AS DESCRIBED, or open not received case after delivery date as I suspect, you will not receive anything.
Are you sure that EBAY expected delivery date is 5th June, as that is too far into the future to be sure of getting a refund, and not a seller invented date, as opening a not received case is based on the EBAY EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.
