Bought as a guest via eBay and no confirmation email

Hi all, I need to speak to someone at eBay as I bought an item via guest. I didnt receive a confirmation email.

Money has been taken and I did do a call back request and they confirmed the item had been ordered etc…  however call back request now only works for America and Canada and I’m stuck ?

any advice?
