Bought an item off eBay

Bought an item of eBay and asked seller to send it to an Argos in Sainsbury's. It got delivered to site but Argos in store are refusing to hand it over, as it didn't have an eBay bar code. Have tried contacting seller and delivery company but to no avail.

The seller does not have it and the shop can not hand it over until you get the code

You need to contact ebay and ask for it

Weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Weekends they open between 9 a.m. aand 6 p.m.
