Bought a "New" SSD, turned out to be counterfeit, now the return label is incorrect

Return ID: 5305810871

Paid full price for a WD Extreme SSD as an Xmas gift, when it arrived unboxed without cables I proved it to be a fake only performing at just 7% of the speed of a genuine drive.
The return post label hasn't worked, may be due to the lack of a house number or the misspelling of the street names, but it's being returned to me.

eBay help "AI" is going round in circles, getting confused by the RM tracking info.

Any advice is greatly appreciated...

Did you open a return case through Ebay and was the label supplied through the case?
