I bought boots for girlfriend which don't fit I have asked for refund but seller has ghosted me what should I do thanks

If the item matched the description then this would be considered a remourse/change of mind return by eBay as the item did not fit. Depending on the account status of the seller only business sellers have to accept change of mind returns.

have you tried opening a change of mind return?

possibly one option is to resell the item yourself on eBay if the seller won’t respond to your request.

Thanks for your email item did not wrong size my girlfriend is size 4 and
it was way to small I should be entitled to my money

If the seller has a ' No Returns' policy on their listing,  they do not have to receive the boots back for the reason ...  Does Not Fit.

Check the listing  if there is a ' Returns Accepted',  then you can return them for a full refund,  but you have to pay for that fully tracked return postage.

Thank you I will check returns policy am sure there is as he said if pay
postage he will give me next size but I said I want refund not heard from
him for nearly week know thanks

No point messaging, just check their returns policy .  Seeing that they have the next size up suggests they are a Business?    Then,  they should accept the return and for a full refund not a replacement.
