Book download - is it safe?

I have never bought a book download before but I decided to buy the item below.  Is it safe to use?

The item number is 406290613901.  The book is "Invasion by Frank Gardiner".

I have received a link directing me to download audio and a PDF from pcloud.

I was too casual when ordering if I had noticed the member rating of zero I would have kept well clear.

UK sellers are not allowed to sell digital items in the way your US seller has.  They have also listed it as for postage when they are not posting it, which looks dodgy.

I have no idea if it's 'safe' none of us will know that, but I wouldn't download it, personally. 

As it was listed for postage you should be able to open a case for item not received the day after the expected delivery date given to you by ebay when you paid.

Hi, 

Thank you I have reported it to eBay.  And ordered a paper copy from World of Books. 

I clicked the link in the email I got and it took me to pcloud but I didn't progress any further.  Hopefully no harm done?
