Blocking a user from messaging me

Hi

How can I block a user from messaging me?

I have added him to my blocked user list as suggested, but can't find how to block him from sending me messages.

Tick "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" at the bottom of Buyer Rules on here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/buyerrequirements

and submit.    That only works if they have not been in a recent transaction with you.
