I am trying to get a payout for sold items but when clicking on the funds it says that payouts are unavailable on my current settings and I need to change my location to USA? But I am in the UK - any help appreciated.
Try clearing cookies or using a different browser. If still no joy contact ebay about it. You can ring them or request they ring you on your phone only, not on a laptop or PC.
