You cannot.
The only way eBay accept that a member is 18 years or older, the legal age to buy any bladed item online, is to own a credit card, as anyone of any age can own a debit card.
The only way round this , is to ask a family member or friend who has a credit card registered on their eBay account to buy this item for you.
