PLease someone help me

sold a bike,sent it to the buyer, buyer broke the wheel really badly and reported me, ebay taken money back and want fees, the buyer has kept my bike and i am stuck in a horrific whole trying to resolve thru the system with idiotic options. i am down postage and left with a bad rep, no bike and request for fees and hours of nonsense chasing computer option that leave me so stressed and distressed. Absolute disaster. is there anywhere i can talk to somene?

When buyer presumably opened a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, what did you do?

If you had dealt with the case, ebay would not have got involved. All returns prove expensive for seller, but failing to deal with case, and ebay just end up refunding with no return of item, so even  more expensive for seller.

If you want bike back you will need to arrange with buyer. By failing to deal with case, which involves paying for return and on return refunding, that caused the present situation.

However, if the scenario suggested is correct, then you are unlikely to get anywhere.

If you had sent a label promptly for the bike to be returned, then refunded the buyer yourself, you would have your bike back and wouldn't owe Ebay any money.

Your only recourse now might be the small claims court but you would have to look properly into that before trying to make a case to get the bike back.
