Yesterday I put a bid in on an item which was £91.09 I was on the bidders list as bidding £86.89 and there was another bid above that for £88.89 and according to the final outcome I had been outbid by this bid. Now I only bid once and that was the £91.09 which was my limit yet the item went to the person who had bid £88.89. On the final listing it said the item had gone to the highest bidder and was £88.89 which is what the seller received as I have spoken to her this morning and she confirmed that and was as confused as me. Yet on the final outcome it puts that the item went for £93.16 yet this is nowhere on the listing of bidders. I only bid within the last 5 seconds and only bid once. Anyone enlighten me as even if someone sniped me that bid and my £91.09 bid should have both shown up on the listing of of bidders?

If seller only received£88.89, then she can see exactly what the highest bidder paid. Buyer paid £88.89 plus buyer fees of £4.27, which is more than you bid.
Buyer fee something like 75p plus £3.52. Seller has full details of what it cost the buyer.
