Seems you need to find the email confirming payment if you paid a as guest on ebay Buying as a guest | eBay

I see no evidence of having paid and the purchases are only confirmed in my ebay messages. Nothing appears in my purchases and I only use the one payment method without any problem to date.

Well if your bank account,cards or paypal,klarna etc show no payments taken out for these items then they won't arrive and ebay can do nothing for you.
