Tracking on eBay not showing "item collected" anymore

Hi,

For the past few weeks, I've been experiencing an issue on eBay. I sell items, purchase 2nd Class letter/large letter labels through eBay, and schedule free collections via the Royal Mail app. However, unlike before, the tracking on eBay no longer consistently indicates when an item has been collected; most orders lack the "item collected" status.

I've attached screenshots of two shipments collected simultaneously, with email confirmations, yet the tracking updated for only one of them.

I contacted eBay support, and they informed me that tracking updates are automatically received from Royal Mail's system. However, this doesn't seem to be happening. Would reaching out to Royal Mail potentially resolve this problem?

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution? It's frustrating, as customers frequently inquire about their dispatch status.

It is the actual ebay sites tracking that isn't working,so you can't see whats happening on ebay unless you go the actual postal services own website online.Ebay do work with there postal partners so not all updates will show until the ebay error is fixed!
