There appears to be a new policy about bidding for sharp tools. You have to prove you are an adult and the only method is to give your credit card details. I only use debit cards. How can I bid?
If the item you want to buy comes under the eBay policy on knives, you must have a credit card on file to prove your age but you don’t have to use the card to buy the item. You may be able to buy the item if you can convince eBay Customer Services that the item you are trying to buy does not come under the eBay knives policy.
