Bid Received but when sold to highest bid, has disappeared

I received notification of bid received on dress but when I went to end listing, to sell to highest bidder, it has disappeared. The option now is only showing to relist item as it didn't sell? Yet I've received email notifying the bid?

Why didn’t you look at bid history, I assume this is the one - Bid was retracted.
