Best offer not applied at checkout

I've experienced two cases of potential buyers sending me a best offer for a listed item, I've accepted the offer then when they go to checkout the full original listing price is displayed as the total (plus postage where applicable). Any ideas on this? I've only had this issue since yesterday

Others people are having this issue so seems to be another glitch.    If possible revise the price on the listing to what's been agreed or sell at full price and issue a partial refund.
