Best offer accepted and paid butb listing is still active

Hi, I accepted an offer and payment has been received. i posted the item just now, but the item is still active with bids from the same buyer. I am trying to contact the buyer and end the listsing before anyone else bids,  but ebay says listing cannot be ended.

Any advice please ? listing end in 17hrs

What's the listing number of the sold item?

Once an offer has been accepted by either the buyer or the seller and payment has been made via eBay checkout the listing ends.

Yes, that is what I have previously experienced, but this one appears to be still active. Listing number 135795144793

That item number is not valid.

I am so confused. Have attached photo under "Active". It is also listed under "Orders" as paid/dispatched

I guess I'll just wait and see how it pans out. Fingers crossed

The listing is showing as ended because it was sold but no price
