Have not received a further reply to your email received some weeks ago. The biscuits received were just 90% crumbs due to very poor packaging (just a plastic bag). Expecting to receive full refund under Buyer's Protection Guarantee. I had previously contacted the seller twice but never received a reply. The crumbs could not be returned.
Did you open a "not as described" return? That has to be done within 30 days of delivery. Seller still has option of refunding without return. Escalate to ebay after 3 working days if necessary.
